    4. The Operator is the Controller of Your personal data in relation to data voluntarily provided in the Service.

    5. The Service uses personal data for the following purposes:

      • Operating a comment system

      • Operating an internet forum

      • Conducting online chat conversations

      • Operating a classified ads system

      • Presenting user profiles to other users

      • Handling queries through a form

      • Fulfilling ordered services

      • Through voluntarily entered data in forms, which are then entered into the Operator's systems.

    1. Places for logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This encrypts personal data and login details entered on the website, making them readable only on the target server.

    3. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one-way – it cannot be reversed, which is the contemporary standard for storing user passwords.

  4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Use

    1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transmit your personal data to other recipients if necessary to fulfil a contract with you or to fulfil obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to recipient groups such as:

      • Hosting company under an entrustment agreement

      • Companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator

However, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are overriding legitimate grounds for processing, superior to your interests, rights, and freedoms, especially the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

    5.  Actions of the Administrator can be reported to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

    6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Service.

    7. Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken concerning you to provide services under a concluded contract and for direct marketing purposes by the Administrator.

    8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries under the provisions on personal data protection. This means that we do not transfer them outside the European Union.

  5. Information in Forms

    1. The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.

    2. The Service may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

    3. In some cases, the Service may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user's email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.

    4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to complete the process of handling a service request or commercial contact, registering services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform about its purpose.

    1. Information about user behaviour on the website may be logged. This data is used to administer the website.

    2. Significant Marketing Techniques

    3. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service; only anonymized information is used. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. The Operator uses remarketing techniques, allowing matching of advertising messages to the user's behaviour on the site, which may give the impression that the user's personal data is used to track them.     5. The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to know that a registered person uses the Service. In this case, the data is based on the Operator's administration, and no additional personal data is transmitted from the Operator to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
